- Worked for state government ( NSW ) Australia as psychologist vocational guidance counsellor after graduation from Sydney University.
- Studied post graduate and tutored in the department of Anthropology, Edinburgh University, Scotland
- Taught English, History and Asian Social Studies , St. Patricks College, Sutherland NSW Australia
- Assisted husband as he created a family business involved in the import, repair and sales of Construction and Mining Equipment and accessories for 30 years including about 15 years after his death.
- Developed farms in western New South Wales growing grain crops, sheep and draught Horses, developing alternative agriculture, power, building methods .
- Recently retired, but still have some agricultural interests.

- Scout Leader, coached soccer teams, supported children’s schools
- Host mother to exchange students from many countries
- Community Representative on the Environmental Committee of Sutherland Shire Council ( population about 160,000)2005/2007
- Joined Rotary in 1994
- Became Rotary District Governor for District 9750 Sydney 2003/2004
- Involved in projects supporting education, vocational training, clean water, feeding programs for preschool children, medical missions in Fiji, the Philippines, Cambodia and Donations in Kind to those areas.

- Rawcs- various titles from 2001 and still going.
- Delegate to the Australian Government Emergency Management Summit representing the District, the only Rotarian Representative there.
- Volunteer to Fiji on a water project and assessment team
- Volunteer to the Philippines on medical, building and planning missions for Village Aide Philippines over several years
- Volunteer to Cambodia to Green Gecko to support and establish tax deductible status in Australia.
- Secretary of the Host Committee for the 2014 International Rotary Convention in Sydney .
- Member of the Australian Microfinance group established by the UN until 2007
- Member of Environmental fellowship of Rotarians, Travelling Fellowship, Fishing Fellowship, was in Motor Bikes
- Training officer for International projects for Rotary Eastern region Consisting of 7 Rotary Districts and about 12,000 members
- Assistant Co-ordinator for school equipment donations for overseas countries and medical supplies.
- Development and presentation of Donation program to companies
- Attended Wagga Wagga and Narrabeen High Schools
- Graduated from Sydney University with honours in Anthropology. Other majors were English, History and Psychology.
- Post graduate studies in Anthropology at the University of Edinburgh
- Ongoing education included Farm Management qualifications from University of New England through Department of Agriculture

Born in Sydney, Australian citizen, permanent resident of the US
Married Michael in Scotland, Returned to Australia, 4 children still resident in Australia.
Michael died 1993, remarried 1998 to a Californian with 6 children
Live in Australia and the US travelling regularly to the US as with 10 children and heaps of grandchildren ,there are always crisis or a wedding happening
After Arthur's death in 2008, with the great support of all ten children, decided to move to the US for a while and travel back to Australia on a regular basis.
Now I am close to Mexico have volunteered on some programs there.
On May 5th I am going to Mexico on a medical mission with another Rotarian who does this all the time and a doctor. I believe it is a small plane and the flight takes 6 hours. I hope they have a toilet stop.
