Last month, during the annual visit of DG Baruch Barak in RC of Beit-Dagan, he uncovered Rotary emblem in front of the Municipality building.

The emblem is 3 M. in diameter made from little gravel stones that was constructed by the local gardener with help from PP Shosh Miara who initiated this project.

The emblem and its location is the appreciation of the local community of Beit-Dagan to the activities of the local RC, for example helping to backwards pupils in making home lessons, painting of ugly phone-boxes in the streets, helping the elders in many ways and other local, district and international activities.

In the near future, we are going to install security alarm systems at the homes of elders, handicapped and lonely peoples in our neighborhood so they can easily summon any needed help.

This project will be done as a Matching Grant project, with RC of Antwerpen-west as the international partner, allocation of DDF from the District and after the approving of TRF to the project.

And as before, we will continue to share our time and efforts to withstand this year Rotary theme "Rotary Shares".
