Hi, you ROTI bunch out there,
Both Steve and I have been given to understand that you guys like the way of reporting done recently. So here is some more for you to digest:
My "Nawlins" page ended with two individual photos of Pete Fountain and myself put next to each other. Pete Fountain's photo was taken from a magazine.
On Tuesday night I had made a booking for the Pete Fountain show at the New Orleans Hilton, but the show was cancelled saying that Pete was out of town.
The bigger the surprise when we boarded our flight from New Orleans to Los Angeles on Wednesday morning, and the first person I noticed onboard was none other than Pete himself who gladly agreed to our photo being taken. Here you are!
And here's Art McCollough who gave us such a warm welcome and opened all doors of his mansion to us for a 4.1/2 day stay at Escondido.

………… and my "little" salad after I was about halfway through it, seeing no way to finish it, because the half dozen of escargots had initially started to fill my little stomach previously.
